The DISPI is located inside the building called "Albergo dei Poveri" (Piazzale E. Brignole 3a) and occupies the spaces of  West Tower (ground floor, second third, fourth and fifth floors) and Central Tower (third, fourth and fifth floor).
The structure is open to the public during ordinary hours from Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 19.00 and the Department reception desk, on the ground floor of the West Tower, with access reserved for university staff and authorized persons only, is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.30. The use of the lifts is permitted during the ordinary opening hours of the structure.

The Dispi staff is responsible for the spaces assigned and the related common areas and works to put in place prevention and protection measures in accordance with the provisions of the University in the following documents:

During emergency, the Dispi staff, students and those who are authorized in the departmental spaces follow the rules of conduct referred to the emergency plan (attached below).
