To submit complaints to Department in relation to degree courses, tutoring and student orientation activities, it is possible to write an email to Dispi@unige.it indicating in the text your personal details and the writer's contacts, the role in the University and the content of the complaint. 
The Director of the Department will take charge of the complaint and will define the most appropriate measures. In attachment there are the general University documents governing these activities.
